Middle River Conditions May 26 – Chuathbaluk Ice Has Now Moved But Not Aniak’s
Chuathbaluk’s ice began moving around 7:00 but has since jammed between Chuathbaluk and Aniak while some pressure ridges were forminng upstream of Aniak shortly afterwards. However, the ice immediately above Aniak is still being persistent and begrudgingly only shifting. Maybe tomorrow.
