The Native Village of Napaimute is updating our Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and Indian Reservation Roads Inventory (IRRI). The current and proposed updated LRTP along with the current and proposed updated IRRI is available for Public Review and Copies can be obtained at the Napaimute’s Tribe’s Bethel Tribal Office. If you should have any questions on either the Draft Updated LRT or the Updated Draft IRRI , contact Lisa Feyereisen, Executive Administrative Assistant at (907) 676-0599.

The ADF&G Sport Fish Division has again closed sport fishing for King salmon on the Kuskokwim Drainage in 2017. Additionally, only unbaited, single-hook, artificial lures are allowed when sport fishing. See the news release and emergency order for additional information.

ADF&G has announced its outlook (forecast) for the 2017 King Salmon Season, and their management strategy, see attached announcement for additional details. The table below summarizes the information in the announcement based on the range of the forecast, and the established drainage wide escapement goal.

The Napaimute Traditional Council will be holding a series of public meetings to discuss and take comment on our Long range Transportation Plan Updates and the IRR (Indian Reservation Roads) Inventory Update.
